Daimer Industries Introduces Additional Pressure Washers with Proprietary Wet Steam Technology
WOBURN, MA - June 29, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced two Super Max™ wet-steam pressure washers for industrial customers. The electric-powered Super Max™ 12800SP and 12820SP are heated using fuel and feature Super High-Temperature Optimized Technology™ (Super-HOT™) to generate steam.
"These pressure washers are designed for applications demanding only wet-steam," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. "The machines can accept a variety of fuels and provide temperatures of up to 330º F."
Pressure Washer Technology
Each of the industrial pressure washers includes Super-HOT™ technology, which allows the equipment to generate temperatures of up to 330º F and to clean with wet steam. Both machines are electrically powered and can be heated by no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; or kerosene. The fuel flexibility allows the operator to choose among various fuels, depending on which is least expensive. The units are available with high-pressure chemical injection.
The mobile pressure washers are on wheels and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a three-foot trigger wand; and a steam nozzle. Options available at additional cost include a wet sandblasting system and multi-gun operation.
The Products
The new pressure washers expand the dedicated steam options available in Daimer's existing 12000 line of machines. The Super Max™ 12800SP electric pressure washers feature pressure levels of up to 1000 psi and flow rates of up to 2 GPM. The machines are powered by a 1.5 HP electric motor. The 12820SP machines generate pressure levels of up to 1500 psi, flow rates of up to 3 GPM and are powered by a 3 HP motor. Gas pressure washers are available as well.
