Clore Automotive introduces the Christie PDQ, a patented computer controlled service bay battery charger designed for speed and safety. Its fast-charge technology allows shops to minimize charge time, maximize customer service and eliminate unnecessary battery warranties. It is designed to charge 4 to 6 times faster than other conventional battery chargers, reaching an 80-90% state of charge in 20 to 40 minutes on most passenger vehicle batteries.
With fully automatic controls and reverse polarity protection, the PDQ is easy to use. Its electronics monitor the battery to ensure proper charging parameters and detect battery failure conditions that might prevent safe charging.
