The new DF225C is a durable yet lightweight coil nailer that was designed to run the Duo-Fast CI and CS nails. This new tool meets the demands of both professional contractors and active do-it-yourselfers.
Cincinnati, OH, -- Duo-Fast Construction, an Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Company, has taken previous tool designs and combined them with new technology advancements to now offer the DF225C. The DF225C offers new and improved features that the end user has always requested. This new tool will tackle any fencing, decking or siding job with ease.
At only 4.5 lbs. this tool is the lightest in its class, reducing end user fatigue. The new well balanced body is an excellent tool for everyday use. With the tool-less depth of drive adjustment, the countersink can be adjusted with only one hand. This added feature makes changing applications faster, avoiding down time.
The extremely durable DF225C was built to withstand typical jobsite abuse. A tool-less 360 degree adjustable exhaust helps keep jobsite debris off the work surface and out of harms way. The clear magazine minimizes down time by allowing the user to view remaining nails without opening the magazine. Additional features also include a durable metal belt hook, comfortable rubber grip and non marring tip.
The DF225C runs the 0 degree plastic collated coil nails by Duo-Fast Construction. Plastic collation has no rust, no flagging and no strings from flying debris. The DF225C holds up to 300 CS or CI series nails from 1-1/2 through 2-1/2" in length. The CS and CI series are available in smooth, ring and screw shank. Coatings include bright, galvanized, hot dipped galvanized, aluminum and stainless steel.
